My wife likes a clean house. Between the kids and everything an ordinary week throws at a family, keeping it that way on our own was never going to happen. So we did what everyone does: we found a cleaner.

And then we lived the part nobody talks about. The cleaner we loved, whose number we could never find when we actually needed her. The visit that cost more than the last one, with no explanation. The day the work simply wasn't done the way it had been the month before.

Short-term rental turnovers

Between checkout and check-in, every detail matters: fresh hotel-style linens, restocked essentials, staged amenities, and any damage caught and reported the same day. Turnovers run on your booking calendar — not a fixed weekly schedule.

Included: linen laundering (if the unit has a washer/dryer), dishes, staging, damage reporting

Recurring residential cleaning

Weekly or biweekly visits from the same trusted cleaner, on a fixed day, with photos after every visit. Built for homeowners who want a consistently kept house — and a cleaner they can build a relationship with.

Deep cleaning

Every new client and every new property starts here: inside the oven, inside the fridge, baseboards, grout, window tracks. It's how we set what "clean" means for your space before regular service begins.

Pick your property size and pay for the deep clean online. That first visit is how we get your space to a true baseline — and how you try us before committing to anything recurring.

We confirm your monthly rate

On the deep clean, we see the property for real and confirm your recurring rate — no surprises later. You choose your term: 3, 6 or 12 months.

Your membership begins

Same cleaner, fixed schedule, photos after every visit, one monthly charge to the card you already saved, and a direct line to us on WhatsApp.

Base rates for Doral, Hialeah and Miami Lakes. Brickell, Coral Gables & Miami Beach and Kendall / Pinecrest carry a small zone adjustment, confirmed with your rate.

We price by square footage, not bedroom count. A 2-bedroom at 1,500 sq ft is priced as a 3-bedroom. Bedroom labels below are a guide; the square footage is what counts.

What we ask: experience cleaning homes or short-term rentals, your own transportation, a background check, and general liability insurance — if you don't have it yet, we'll walk you through getting it.
