Annex D to the STR Turnover Terms. Every rate and every formula the Terms refer to.

This Rate Schedule is Annex D to the STR Turnover Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference.
All prices are in US dollars. Cleaning of residential dwelling units, including short-term rental units, is not subject to Florida sales tax.
Service zones

The zone adjustment is built into the rates below. It is never shown as a separate line on your bill.
Turnover Credits
One Credit = one complete turnover of one unit, at the declared size tier and zone. Credits do not expire. Minimum purchase: 5 Credits.

A Credit is redeemed for one turnover regardless of later changes to these prices. If a unit is larger than the tier you declared, the difference in list price applies at the time of service.
Deep Clean
The first service at any new property is always a Deep Clean. It is charged separately and is not covered by a Credit.

Service Plan
A Service Plan is a 3, 6 or 12-month commitment. It buys priority scheduling, backup coverage, the 24-hour scheduling guarantee, and price protection on the Credits you purchase during it. It is not a discount on Credits — Credits are sold at list price with or without a Plan.

Quarterly Deep Clean member discount. The discounted amount is confirmed with you before each quarterly Deep Clean is scheduled, together with the date. You may decline any of them at no cost. Bayfront may modify or discontinue this discount at any time on 30 days' written notice.

Condition Fee
Charged only where the property is found outside normal condition, only after photographs are sent to you.

The Condition Fee replaces the turnover rate; it is not added on top of it. The Credit for that turnover is consumed as normal. There is a single level. The member discount on quarterly Deep Cleans does not apply to a Condition Fee.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes, the standard turnover proceeds in standard time, no Condition Fee is charged, and the scheduling guarantee does not apply to that turnover.

Removing the previous guest's food is included in every turnover. The deep wash of the refrigerator interior is what is charged separately.
Exterior windows are not offered at any price. They are not covered by our insurance.
Consumable restocking
Optional, and not a guaranteed service. You are sent a single payment link covering the estimated cost of the items plus the service fee below. No order is placed until payment is received.

We absorb ordinary variation between the estimate and the final cost. Where items are unavailable and omitted, that portion is refunded to your original payment method.
